DMCA Notices

If you believe material available through HarborMedia.ai infringes a copyright you own or are authorized to enforce, send a written notice to HarborMedia.ai's designated copyright agent containing the information required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), including:

Counter-Notices

If material you submitted was removed or disabled because of a DMCA notice and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification meeting the requirements of 17 U.S.C. § 512(g). HarborMedia.ai may restore material as permitted by law.

Repeat Infringers

HarborMedia.ai may terminate or restrict contributor or account access in appropriate circumstances involving repeat infringement.
